F	Fabio Pagano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione totale , gelato senza sapore praticamente acqua gelata , abbiamo preso 3 coni di 3 gusti diversi ed addirittura la bimba di 4 anni ha detto che nn gli piaceva. Mai più !!!! Total disappointment, ice cream without flavor practically frozen water, we took 3 cones of 3 different flavors and even the 4 year old girl said she didn't like it. Never again !!!!

Naturalmente tutto buono, abbiamo mangiato il cornetto, dei dolcini è una sfogliatella frolla (questa forse un po’ troppo dolce). Capitolo caffè nulla da eccepire, tazza calda come da tradizione partenopea e un caffè che merita la lode. In definitiva sicuramente il bar per consumare una colazione perfetta all’interno del centro commerciale. La cassiera, come si evince dalla foto, sorride sempre ed è un piacere pagare il conto ? Passing through the La Cartiera shopping center, I couldn't help but have a breakfast at Bar De Vivo. Naturally all good, we ate the croissant, some sweets and a shortcrust pastry (this perhaps a little too sweet). Coffee chapter nothing to complain, hot cup as per Neapolitan tradition and a coffee that deserves praise. Ultimately, definitely the bar for having a perfect breakfast inside the shopping center. The cashier, as can be seen from the photo, always smiles and it is a pleasure to pay the bill ?
J	Jasmine V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soldi assolutamente regalati per un gelato di tre gusti completamente senza sapore, incredibilmente freddo da far male i denti, messo in modo precario sul cono e buttato letteralmente nella spazzatura per più di metà...anche nei dolci non trovo sempre un corretto rapporto qualità prezzo, se si vuole mantenere la fama acquisita non si deve dormire sugli allori..... Money absolutely given away for an ice cream of three flavors completely without flavor, incredibly cold to hurt the teeth, placed precariously on the cone and literally thrown in the garbage for more than half ... even in desserts I don't always find a correct value for money , if you want to keep your fame, you shouldn't rest on your laurels .....

Vergogna e pure siete una città che vive di turismo! I come back and always the same answer but you can answer a customer like that You have something gluten free even when wrapped, not if you want ice cream ... in 2022 you profess a lot of pastry chefs and then you miss the gluten free! Shame on you and you are a city that thrives on tourism!

Stamattina 17/02 mi reco in questa pasticceria per comprare delle “chiacchiere” di carnevale e ne ordino 5 euro per tutta risposta l’addetta mi dice di non poter soddisfare la mia richiesta in quanto non può venderne al di sotto di 300 g (pari a 9 euro circa)...ora io non sapevo di essere entrato in una gioielleria chiedevo di soddisfare un bisogno personale di quel momento..ma non c’è stato verso..l’addetta ha interpellato dapprima la cassiera che irremovibile ha confermato l’indicazione dei 300 g per poi richiamare l’attenzione della “responsabile” del punto vendita che a sua volta guardandomi stranita per la mia richiesta (5 euro di chiacchiere!!!) mi ha detto di no! Imbarazzato (io!) vado via...Senza parole... Making excellent desserts is not enough if your staff does not live up to your fame. This morning 17/02 I go to this pastry shop to buy some carnival "chiacchiere" and I order 5 euros for all reply the assistant tells me that she cannot satisfy my request as she cannot sell them below 300 g (equal for about 9 euros) ... now I did not know I had entered a jewelry store I was asking to satisfy a personal need of that moment ... but there was no way ... the assistant first contacted the cashier who adamantly confirmed the indication of 300 g to then draw the attention of the "manager" of the store who in turn looking at me dazed by my request (5 euro of chat !!!) said no! Embarrassed (me!) I go away ... Speechless ...

I dolci sono sempre freschi, infatti quando li porto in viaggio con me verso casa poi si mantengono per giorni. Il posto non ha bisogno di recensioni, la sua fama ottima lo precede e le loro delizie esposte gli fanno un’ottima pubblicità da sole. la caffetteria lo stesso offre un ottimo caffè. La granita soltanto ho trovato non buona infatti la sconsiglio e la gelateria mai provata ? My trusted pastry shop. As soon as I get back to the area I go to stock up on cookies and donuts. The desserts are always fresh, in fact when I take them on a journey home with me then they keep for days. The place does not need reviews, its excellent reputation precedes it and their displayed delights make it an excellent publicity on their own. the coffee shop itself offers great coffee. I only found the granita not good in fact I do not recommend it and the ice cream parlor never tried ?
