Abbiamo notato un uso eccessivo del liquore, tanto più che proprio riguardo i profitteroles al momento dell'acquisto avevamo chiesto se fossero adatti anche ai bambini. Ovviamente questi ultimi non sono riusciti a mangiarli poiché il sapore era coperto dal gusto forte del liquore. Idem dicasi per la cassata ....la ricotta e il cioccolato rovinati dal liquore. We were disappointed with the "cassata infornata" and also the profitteroles. We noticed an excessive use of the liqueur, especially since it was precisely about the profitteroles at the time of purchase that we asked if they were also suitable for children. Obviously the latter could not eat them as the flavor was covered by the strong taste of the liqueur. Ditto for the cassata .... ricotta and chocolate ruined by the liqueur.
