★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo spaccio del famoso parmigiano reggiano. Produzione propria del formaggio. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare il principale che ci ha portato a vedere i magazzini di stoccaggio e maturazione delle forme di formaggio.
Consiglio a tutti di non andare a visitare i magazzini a digiuno è una tortura ma per fortuna ti fanno assaggiare de formaggio.
Excellent shop of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano. Own cheese production. We were lucky enough to meet the principal who took us to see the storage and maturation warehouses for the cheeses.
I advise everyone not to go to visit the warehouses on an empty stomach, it is torture but luckily they make you taste some cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tour with very detailed introduction, roughly 1hr to see each process from milk to storage. You can taste the cheese in the end, they sell them in the store with very fair price. Our guide is very friendly and speaks good English. Must do if you visit this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! We had a tour of the cheese production process, and it was perfect. The guide was kind, bilingual, and intelligent. The space was spacious and also well prepared for guests. They were very sanitary, and right on time(an hour and 15 minutes). The tour also includes a tasting, where you can also buy things if you’d like. Highly recommend! You can also visit just to buy cheese and other artisan products. Two thumbs up!
