Pastoso al punto giusto, perfetto! Ordino da anni l' "oltre 48 mesi" e il 36 e ogni volta l'assaggio è sorprendente: non ci si abitua. Evidenzio anche la professionalità nel rifiutarmi un ordine di oltre 4kg perchè preferiscono spedire in giornate non troppo calde per non rischiare di compromettere il prodotto, nonostante il ghiaccio in confezione. Sempre estremamente gentili al telefono, se chiamo per verificare la spedizione dell'ordine. Spediscono solo ad inizio settimana per evitare il rischio che il prodotto possa restare nei magazzini del corriere durante il weekend. WOW! Bravissimi! Consiglio senza riserva alcuna. Grazie!!! E' anche facile da raggiungere, dista 2 minuti dall'uscita autostradale quindi per me è tappa obbligatoria ogni volta che passo nei pressi di Reggio Emilia. Company shop well stocked with Parmesan and also local cured meats. More than fair prices and excellent courtesy of the staff. It is also easy to reach, it is 2 minutes from the motorway exit so for me it is an obligatory stop every time I pass near Reggio Emilia.

The owners are really nice and helpful - they suggested good restaurants and typical local dishes and wine to taste near the hotel I was staying in. I also bought the long and thin cheese grater which makes it much easier and faster to grate the cheese.
