A	Andrea Scribano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non metto in discussione la qualità dei prodotti, anche gli alimenti dell'emporio sono curiosi, raffinati, particolari e permettono abbinamenti gustosi. Ma...il cartello dice "Rivolgersi al personale". Dovendo fare un regalo composto di varie specialità ho chiesto, per non far perdere tempo al personale, di servirmi da sola, poggiando gli acquisti sul bancone e mi è stato accordato. Mentre sceglievo le mostarde ho buttato l'occhio su un segnalibro dove c'era l'elenco di tutte le possibili scelte e i loro abbinamenti con i cibi e l'ho infilato in borsa. Al momento del pagamento mi sono state rivolte queste parole: "Che cosa ha messo nella borsa, visto che ha trafficato tanto dalle mostarde?" Ho subito mostrato il segnalibro, molto mortificata perché, praticamente, si insinuava che avessi rubato qualcosa. Questa per me è stata una grossa umiliazione. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto chiedere se si poteva prendere quel misero foglietto, cosa che ho dato per scontata perché, visto che avevo comprato mostarde, mi interessava con che cibo abbinarle. Per una persona onesta, una cosa di questo genere è molto grave. Rinuncio a tutti i vantaggi degli acquisti a Villa Curta perché non consento a nessuno di mettere, in questo modo sgarbato e senza ragione, in dubbio la mia onestà. Rinuncio a ogni acquisto in questo "spaccio". I do not question the quality of the products, even the foods in the store are curious, refined, particular and allow for tasty combinations. But ... the sign says "Contact the staff". Having to make a gift consisting of various specialties, I asked, in order not to waste time for the staff, to serve me alone, placing the purchases on the counter and it was granted to me. While I was choosing the mustards, I threw my eye on a bookmark where there was a list of all the possible choices and their combinations with food and I put it in my bag. At the time of payment, these words were addressed to me: "What did you put in your bag, since you have been busy with mustards?" I immediately showed the bookmark, very mortified because, practically, it was insinuated that I had stolen something. This was a huge humiliation for me. I was told that I should ask if you could take that miserable piece of paper, which I took for granted because, since I had bought mustards, I was interested in what food to combine them with. For an honest person, such a thing is very serious. I give up all the advantages of purchasing at Villa Curta because I do not allow anyone to question my honesty in this rude and unreasonable way. I renounce any purchase in this "shop".

Però quando sono andata non mi hanno aiutato per nulla nella scelta, nessuna indicazione, a stento mi hanno detto i prezzi...poca gentilezza. Penso che andrò altrove... Good products (although expensive compared to others). But when I went they didn't help me at all in the choice, no indication, they hardly told me the prices ... little kindness. Sul Parmigiano non mi pronuncio perché mi è stato appena consegnato ma sicuramente sarà eccellente. I bought 2 pieces of 700 gr. of Parmigiano Reggiano 40 months from this dairy on the Parmigiano Reggiano website and I asked if they could kindly put me in the order a sheet to make a package because I had to give one of the 2 pieces as a gift, well, I don't know if they satisfied me or it was already foreseen but in the package I found the sheet I requested, thanks! I won't comment on Parmesan because it has just been delivered to me but it will certainly be excellent.

Ma più di tutto quello che mi ha positivamente impressionato è la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale. Davvero complimenti!
