La confezione mantiene l'umidità del formaggio per oltre un mese (chiudendola bene), facendo i conti anche il costo è paragonabile a comprare il miglior parmigiano disponibile nei supermercati, ma la qualità è di un altro pianeta. Eccellenza italiana.
Parmigiano Reggiano with a superb taste, I buy the packs in wedges which are very comfortable. The package maintains the humidity of the cheese for over a month (by closing it well), even considering the cost is comparable to buying the best Parmesan cheese available in supermarkets, but the quality is from another planet. Italian excellence.
