β β β β β Siamo stati in questo caseificio per la giornata dei caseifici aperti. Posto spettacolare, curatissimo, un bel parcheggio interno con annessa area giochi per bambini. Cibo buonissimo, piatti tipici della tradizione emiliana fatti alla perfezione. Acquistati prodotti tipici allo spaccio tutti di qualitΓ eccellente. Infine visita ai locali di produzione e stoccaggio del parmigiano con apertura di una forma ed assaggi vari. Personale gentilissimo, cordiale e molto professionale, Caseificio al top!!
 We went to this dairy for the day of the open dairies. Spectacular, well-kept place, a nice internal parking with an adjoining play area for children. Delicious food, typical dishes of the Emilian tradition made to perfection. Purchased typical products at the shop, all of excellent quality. Finally, visit to the production and storage premises of Parmesan with the opening of a wheel and various tastings. Staff very kind, friendly and very professional, Dairy at the top !!

β β β β β My husband and I did a tour at Caseificio Ugolotti in 2018. The tour was excellent and we learned a lot about how parmigiano reggiano is produced. The factory's cheese is fantastic and we found it very interesting tasting cheeses of different ages. The tour guide also introduced us to adding balsamic vinegar to the cheese to enhance the flavour. We highly recommend a visit.

β β β β β The food tasting was delicious (parma ham, fuzyzy wine and Parmigianino). However the service was unexpected. Someone spoke English but didn't serve us. We had no explanation on what we had and after finishing our tasting boards they told us they were closing the restaurant (to be fair it was 2:30). It is a shame because, really the food looks and was, from what we had, really tasty.
