★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi formaggi, da provare il fiordilatte, ma anche i vari stagionati come il provolone o i diversi pecorini. C'è anche una piccola scelta, ma ottima, di insaccati locali, tra cui soppressata, ndujia lonza etc...
Nn semplice da trovare, ma ne vale la pena. Non ultima cosa, sono gentilissimi.

Not easy to find, but worth it. Last but not least, they are very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La provola non è arrivata al nord, durante il viaggio è finita, ricotta al forno ottima e pecorino una intera forma finito dopo 3 giorni,in famiglia siamo in 4 !!
Complimenti tutti i formaggi e salumi ottimi, sicuramente chiederemo di spedirci i prodotti. Anche l'olio d'oliva merita 5 stelle.
The provola did not arrive in the north, during the journey it is finished, excellent baked ricotta and pecorino a whole form finished after 3 days, in the family we are 4 !!
Congratulations to all the excellent cheeses and meats, we will certainly ask you to send us the products. Olive oil also deserves 5 stars.
