 Excellent cheese with various ages, but truly superb 32 months! I forgot the butter of the past ... the one to spread and eat with bread and sugar.

Excellent Parmesan. 60 months is very, very good, but over 36 is something sublime. In my personal opinion one of the best ever.

Different maturing stages available, from young and almost creamy to super old. They put everything in vacuum pouches for transportation, so stock up! Highly recommended.
