★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une visite extrêmement intéressante, quand on sort, on sait tout sur le parmesan. On nous a tout expliqué pendant une heure. Dégustation à la fin. Prix moitié de ce que l'on trouve en France.
Il faut réserver.

Prezzi sicuramente accessibili e grande cortesia nel servire. L'anno prossimo ritornerò.
For years, once a year, going to San Secondo for family reasons, I stop to buy Parmesan.
Certainly affordable prices and great courtesy in serving. I will return next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è più un'impressione ma un dato di fatto: i prodotti del Caseificio Il Trionfo sono qualitativamente superiori a qualsiasi altro prodotto della stessa categoria che è possibile acquistare nei supermercati del sud.
In particolare andiamo matti per il salame Strolghino e per il Parmigiano Reggiano con stagionatura media. Buono in aggiunta il morbido salume Felino e gli altri insaccati da affettare (con criterio).
Li consumiamo da più di dieci anni e sono apprezzati e richiesti anche da amici e colleghi.
It is no longer an impression but a fact: the products of Caseificio Il Trionfo are qualitatively superior to any other product of the same category that can be purchased in the supermarkets of the south.
In particular, we go crazy for the Strolghino salami and the medium-aged Parmigiano Reggiano. In addition, the soft Felino salami and the other sausages to be sliced are good.
We have been consuming them for more than ten years and they are also appreciated and requested by friends and colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato oggi il caseificio in occasione dei "caseifici aperti". Gentilissimi, completamente a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. La visita è durata un'ora e mezza circa, iniziando dall'arrivo del latte ed arrivando alla sala di stagionatura. Il piccolo negozio offre i prodotti propri ed alcune specialità della zona. Visita consigliata a bambini ed adulti!
