Il titolare, Mario, ha guidato personalmente la nostra comitiva alla scoperta del meraviglioso parmigiano. Una scoperta fantastica che a fatto capire alla nostra comitiva (e tutti i nostri bambini) che questo prodotto dell'eccellenza italiana non è solamente buono ma ha anche in se dei valori di competenza passione ed amore. Terminato il giro al caseificio abbiamo apprezzato la stagionatura e la visita all'intera azienda agricola (allevamento di mucche ma anche di cavalli - passione dei titolari che li ha portati ad eccellere in competizioni importanti di trotto). Terminato il giro turistico ecco la bellissima tavolata ad apprezzare parmigiano e prodotti locali tra cui salamino e spalla. Ringrazio Mario Guareschi per la splendida accoglienza sia a nome mio che di tutti i bambini presenti della classe III elementare della scuola Galileo Galilei Pistoia The hospitality of the Guareschi Dairy Farm is excellent. The owner, Mario, personally guided our group to discover the wonderful parmesan. A fantastic discovery that made it clear to our group (and all our children) that this product of Italian excellence is not only good but also has in itself the values of competence, passion and love. After the tour of the dairy, we enjoyed the seasoning and the visit to the entire farm (cattle breeding but also of horses - the owners' passion that led them to excel in important trot competitions). After the tour here is the beautiful table to appreciate Parmesan and local products including salamino and shoulder. I thank Mario Guareschi for the splendid welcome both on my behalf and on behalf of all the children present in the third grade of the Galileo Galilei Pistoia school

N	Nadia Calvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati nell Azienda Agricola per la giornata dei caseifici aperti.l impatto piacevole tutto ordinato con un punto ristoro grazioso con tavoli sia all esterno che interno dove si trovano due bellissime carrozze..Si trova pure il punto vendita con buono prodotti.Il percorso dell azienda e stato interessante partendo dal primo foraggio dato alle mucche e al prodotto finito ,con visita al magazzino con le forme di Parmigiano .Una bella e interessante visita guidata!!grazie x l ospitalità.

Abbiamo visitato la stalla, il caseificio, il magazzino dove vengono fatte stagionare le forme di parmigiano. Per i bambini inoltre è stato proposto un laboratorio di produzione del burro. Abbiamo degustato affettati e parmigiano prodotti dall'azienda accompagnati da torta fritta e dolci fatti in casa con un buon bicchiere di lambrusco. Il tutto condito da gentilezza e dalla passione che il titolare e le altre persone dell azienda hanno per quello che fanno e sono riusciti a trasmettere. Bravi! I went with my wife and our two daughters to visit the company on the occasion of "open dairies". We visited the stable, the dairy, the warehouse where the forms of Parmesan are aged. A butter production workshop was also proposed for the children. We tasted cold cuts and Parmesan produced by the company accompanied by fried cake and homemade desserts with a good glass of Lambrusco. All seasoned with kindness and passion that the owner and the other people of the company have for what they do and have managed to convey. Well done!

The host wrote the date down wrong, and was 30 minutes away in Parma when we arrived, which is understandable human error. He asked us to wait 1 to 1.5 hours for him to come back and we agreed, but then we waited and he never showed up and did not answer any of our phone calls after that. We could not wait any longer, but I don’t recommend this experience to anyone as we wasted our entire morning, rented a car, and got a hotel room in Parma and still got no tour. We wanted a more authentic experience but would have been much better off with a more expensive touristy tour that is well organized. He apologized for the misunderstanding but not for standing us up twice in 2 hours.
