Quello da 30 mesi è ancora confezionato, quello da 72 mesi ... bè un'esplosione di sapori in bocca ... STUPENDO, la ricotta SPAZIALE,, non aggiungo altro, CONSIGLIATISSIMO
Guys what a sublime stuff !!!! We stopped with the camper and we were welcomed as friends, we bought Parmigiano Reggiano for 30 months, 72 months and fresh ricotta. The one for 30 months is still packaged, the one for 72 months ... well an explosion of flavors in the mouth ... GORGEOUS, the SPAZIALE ricotta ,, I don't add anything else, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Prodotti al top di altissima qualità e stagionature da sogno.
Servizio efficiente. Ho fatto un ordine on-line. Sfortunatamente, c’è stato uno scambio di pacco (succede quando si lavora tanto), ma in poco tempo ci siamo accordati ed hanno risolto rapidamente il problema.
Consigliati!!
L’unica pecca, un sito in cui non si capisce benissimo cosa si è acquistato. Consiglio un piccolo up-grade , per ricevere una conferma d’ordine via e-mail.
Comunque, brava gente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo potuto visitare il caseificio e seguire le varie fasi della lavorazione del parmigiano reggiano. È stata una esperienza molto interessante! Grazie al casaro e al proprietario, il signor Salvini. Il formaggio è di ottima qualità. Abbiamo degustato un 30 mesi ed era veramente ottimo. Allo spaccio vendita di parmigiano, ricotta burro e salumi a tranci, tutto a prezzi davvero convenienti.
We were able to visit the dairy and follow the various stages of processing Parmigiano Reggiano. It was a very interesting experience! Thanks to the cheesemaker and the owner, Mr. Salvini. The cheese is of excellent quality. We tasted a 30 month old and it was really great. At the shop selling Parmesan, ricotta, butter and sliced cured meats, all at very affordable prices.

Caseificio a conduzione familiare: il casaro è il re del Parmigiano, il figlio un prezioso collaboratore e la moglie gentilissima e simpaticissima allo spaccio. Oltre al parmigiano è possibile acquistare prodotti freschi (ricotta, burro) e specialità della zona (prosciutto crudo di Parma, culatello, ecc.). Tutto buonissimo!!! Straconsigliato!!!

Family-run dairy: the cheesemaker is the king of Parmesan, the son a precious collaborator and the very kind and very nice wife at the shop. In addition to Parmesan, it is possible to buy fresh products (ricotta, butter) and specialties of the area (Parma ham, culatello, etc.). All very good !!! Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Parmiggiano 12/24/70 mesi davvero molto buono, mentre il salame felino una grandiosa delusione. Da fuori sembra perfetto ma mangiandolo non sa da salame felino ma un gusto che si avvicina molto alla muffa. Mi spiace.. Sara' la partita sarà quello che volete ma ho dovuto buttarne via 2 e buttato via 20€. Davvero peccato
The Parmiggiano 12/24/70 months really very good, while the feline salami a great disappointment. From the outside it looks perfect but eating it doesn't taste like feline salami but a taste that is very close to mold. I'm sorry .. It will be the match will be what you want but I had to throw away 2 and throw away 20 €. Really pity
