★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of local delicatesses. Clean and well organised store with friendly staff to help you choose produce. They provide vacuum packing. Don't know their price level compared to competition across the street (Salumeria Garibaldi, where noone helped us so we walked out) and the popular one midst the main walking street in Old town (La Prosciutteria), but surely it is to be expected that price reflects the high quality of products. We bought Parma ham, Coppa ham, Parmesan and dried Porcini mushrooms. Excellent produce!

One can find the best quality local products, with a focus on cheese and cold cuts, as well as a small selection of wines, plus a long list of delicacies from other regions. Moreover, the store prepares everyday different dishes for their deli section. A mandatory stop for everyone who will enjoy the beautiful city of Parma.
