★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ricotta è fantastica, la migliore che io abbia mai mangiato, ottima anche la caciotta, sia fresca che un po' piu' stagionata. Parmigiano non l'ho ancora provato ma sono certa che sarà al livello degli altri prodotti.
The ricotta is fantastic, the best I have ever eaten, the caciotta is also excellent, both fresh and a little more seasoned. I haven't tried Parmesan yet but I'm sure it will be on par with other products.

Io sono di Genova, e quando con il mio compagno scendiamo per andare dai suoi a Parma, facciamo sempre tappa nel piccolissimo accogliente spaccio, dove Paola ci accoglie con la sua giovialità!
Siamo sempre stati trattati benissimo, i prodotti sono superlativi, le novità che abbiamo preso il 24/12, praticamente già assaggiate e catalogate come squisite... Paola è sempre stata gentile e competente. L'ambiente piccolo e pulito, gli assaggi generosi. E quelle poche parole che possiamo scambiarci, per rispettare la coda, mi scaldano sempre il cuore! Viene sempre voglia di comprare tutto quello che è esposto... Continuate così, siete fantastici!!!!!❤️?❤️

I am from Genoa, and when we go down with my partner to go to his parents' in Parma, we always stop in the tiny cozy shop, where Paola welcomes us with her joviality!
We have always been treated very well, the products are superb, the novelties we got on 12/24, practically already tasted and cataloged as exquisite ... Paola has always been kind and competent. The small and clean environment, the generous tastings. And those few words that we can exchange, to respect the queue, always warm my heart! You always want to buy everything on display ... Keep it up, you are fantastic !!!!! ❤️?❤️
