Tutto servito con grande cortesia. The dairy produces parmesan and butter, but excellent local products can be purchased in the shop, we tasted the excellent local salami, parmesan cheese of different ages, cappelletti and tortelli, as well as tigelle with lard with herbs. For years we have mainly bought Parmesan but also more from this dairy and we are absolutely convinced that the products are unparalleled, as is the friendliness and kindness of Luisa, her husband and the other people who work with them. The whole production cycle and the dairy we visited were very interesting and it convinced us even more that the genuineness, quality and flavor are well worth our many trips up to there.

Lo ordino qui in Germania da anni e sempre più miei amici hanno scoperto di amare il parmigiano, per cui devo ordinare quantitivi sempre più consistenti ? ma la consegna è velocissima anche in Germania, a Norimberga. Nessun pasto si conclude senza in pezzetto di parmigiano e forse solo il 10% lo grattuggiamo, il resto ce lo gustiamo a pezzi così possiamo apprezzare in pieno la granularità. Qualche anno fa abbiamo visitato per caso il caseificio e da allora siamo clienti entusuasti e fedeli. Grazie! Excellent quality, maximum reliability and punctuality of deliveries. I have been ordering it here in Germany for years and more and more of my friends have discovered that they love Parmesan, so I have to order ever larger quantities ? but the delivery is very fast even in Germany, in Nuremberg. No meal ends without a piece of Parmesan cheese and maybe only 10% we grate it, the rest we taste it in pieces so we can fully appreciate the granularity. A few years ago we visited the dairy by chance and since then we have been enthusiastic and loyal customers. Thank you!
