Excelente! Amazing experience and delicious cheese! Booked online tour through their website, (one of the few dairy farm / cheese factory that you can do so). It is family owned and family run! So many great things to say about this place! A must visit!

We loved our short tour here. It starts at 8:30am, don't be late, the cheese won't wait! The timing of production means you need to be there early. You get to see everything that goes into this amazing production process. Roberta is very passionate about her families business and it's happy to share it with the tourists. We really did enjoy our time here. The smells are incredible. Cost €8 for the tour and we got some cheese for €15. The same cheese would have been €40 at home, it's a huge slice. Fabulous experience and it's something you must try when you are in this region! Amazing

Very nice tour. Took 15 minute taxi ride from downtown Parma. Tour guide spoke English and Italian. Price was 20 euro per person which we had to book the night before (or earlier) on the website. At end of tour we were able to sample 1, 2, and 3 year parmeseans. Also came with some delicious vinegars, jam, and wine. We bought a bottle of wine to take back to our airbnb for 5 euro. Total tour took about 1.5 hours.

We arrived late (because of cancelled buses), but the guide (the son of the cheese maker) was still very friendly and inviting, and we had the chance to learn all about the process, and take pictures of it. All of our questions were answered and the communication was very smooth even though our mother tongues were different. The cheese tasting was also very informative and the products that were paired with the different aged cheeses were delicious. Absolutely nothing negative to be said about this place, everything was amazing!! Was the highlight of our short trip in northern Italy!!

If you love cheese, book a tour here. The 20€ fee gets you a tour of the facility and a lesson on how the make parmigiano reggiano. There is also a tasting and chance to buy their edible souvenirs.
