cinque stelle, sembrano troppe? assolutamente no: il corso ha raggiunto pienamente uno scopo inaspettato: oltre a divertirmi tantissimo e ad imparare fondamentali "segreti del mestiere" ho scoperto che allacciarsi un grembiule alla vita, rimboccarsi appena appena le maniche avvicinandosi ai fornelli e dire :"ora si inizia!" è propio un gran bel momento in una giornata fatta soprattutto di numeri.
