La valutazione della mia esperienza è ottima: - invio preciso e perfetto del box con tutti gli ingredienti il giorno precedente alla lezione.Lo chef si è anche preoccupato di farmi avere, ad esempio, l'acqua e l'olio già preparati e pesati nelle giuste quantita'. - ho potuto visionare due bellissimi video introduttivi teorici. - la lezione dello chef Gualtiero Villa è stata coinvolgente, molto accurata e chiarissima in tutte le fasi. - al termine ho ricevuto registrazione dell'incontro e le dispense con ricette. Ti illustra con semplicità, chiarezza ed efficacia semplici regole - e trucchi - per riuscire a preparare i vari piatti che compongono il menù [scelto in anticipo sì da far trovare gli ingredienti già pronti da essere preparati e poi usati e cotti]. Ci siamo stati per il compleanno di un amico e abbiamo preparato le orecchiette alle cime di rapa [preparando anche le orecchiette di pasta fresca a partire da farina, acqua e olio], pesce spada in padella e insalata mista con patate a buccia viola e muffin stile sacher [con glassa al cioccolato e confettura]. Divertente, piacevole e buono: un'ottima serata diversa dal solito e originale. Il luogo si trova proprio all'uscita della M5 fermata Gerusalemme e a poche decine di metri da Via Cenisio [con relativo tram]. Gli ingredienti (riso, verdure, pesce) sono tutti forniti e già preparati, poi ognuno provvede ad assemblare e comporre il proprio piatto. Consigliato davvero! L'ambiente è bello e pulito, gli ingredienti sono buoni, lo chef è simpatico. Un'esperienza che vale la pena fare, dato che il costo non è neanche elevato!
