★ ★ ★ ★ ★ השתתפנו, קבוצה מישראל בסדנא לבישול אוכל איטלקי. המקום מעוצב ומסודר בצורה מופתית, כל הציוד הדרוש היה מוכן ומסודר. הפעילות נמשכה 3 שעות עם שף דובר אנגלית, עם מתכונים באנגלית כאשר הקבוצה משתתפת בהכנה.
התפריט כלל ייצור פסטה ביתית עם רוטב לבחירתנו, עגבניות או קישואים ממולאים או פוקצ'ה עם בצל ופרובולונה וכן הכנת קינוח. בסיום ההכנה אכלנו ממעשה ידינו. הכל היה מאורגן והתנהל בצורה מופתית. מומלץ בחום.
We attended a group from Israel in an Italian food cooking workshop. The place is modeled and arranged in an exemplary way, all the necessary equipment was prepared and tidy. The activity lasted 3 hours with an English speaking chef, with recipes in English as the group participated in the preparation.
The menu included making homemade pasta with a sauce of our choice, stuffed tomatoes or zucchini or focaccia with onion and provolone as well as dessert preparation. At the end of the preparation we ate from our act. Everything was organized and exemplified. warmly recommended.
