Arrivi in orario e si è già accumulata più di 1 ora di ritardo perchè la dottoressa è arrivata in ritardo. Solo che nessuno te lo dice in segreteria -come sarebbe stato onesto e rispettoso al mio arrivo così da mettermi in condizioni di poter valutare rispetto ai miei impegni- e lo scopri dopo 1 ora di attesa dopo aver chiesto due volte. Complimenti! me ne vado per la mancanza di rispetto del tempo altrui da parte del medico in questione e della segreteria che forse dovrebbe esser meglio istruita in casi simili. Arrivals on time and has already accumulated more than 1 hour late because the doctor arrived late. Only no one tells you this in the office - how honest and respectful it would have been on my arrival so that I could put myself in a position to evaluate my commitments - and find out after 1 hour of waiting after having asked twice. Congratulations! I leave because of the lack of respect for others' time on the part of the doctor in question and of the secretariat which perhaps should be better instructed in similar cases. Everybody works dear doctor's office!

Molto interessanti anche le mostre che organizzano annualmente. I have been a patient in the Firm and in particular with Dr. Gottardi for years. They are always attentive and available to patients' needs. The exhibitions they organize annually are also very interesting.

Diciamo che il suo modo di fare non mette particolarmente a proprio agio, ma per una volta L anno non cerco la simpatia ma la competenza. L ultima visita però devo proprio dire che ha avuto un atteggiamento presuntuoso e , anche offensivo nei miei confronti . Dandomi della ciarlatana che crede agli oroscopi ...solo perché gli stavo parlando dei miei sintomi che lui sosteneva non essere su ‘base scientifica’ . Sono uscita davvero infastidita e irritata. Proprio antipatico . I have been a patient of Dr. Gottardi for several years. We say that his way of doing does not put at ease particularly, but for once the year I am not looking for sympathy but for competence. My last visit, however, I have to say that he had a presumptuous and even offensive attitude towards me. Giving me the charlatan who believes in horoscopes ... just because I was talking to him about my symptoms he claimed was not on a 'scientific basis'. I came out really annoyed and irritated. Just disliked.

Appuntamento preso un venerdì pomeriggio di inizio agosto alle 18, vengo chiamata alle 14 del giorno stesso perché ‘la dottoressa deve correre in ospedale, é disponibile alle 16’. Alla mia indisponibilità nel cambiare orario con così poco preavviso, magicamente l’appuntamento viene confermato all’orario preso, ma con la richiesta seccata da parte della segreteria di arrivare in perfetto orario. Arrivo un po’ in anticipo, per sicurezza, mi fanno aspettare 20 min. Ok, può capitare in uno studio medico, ci mancherebbe.. Durante la visita, eseguo inoltre il PAP Test, i cui risultati mi dicono sarebbero arrivati in un paio di mesi, vista la pausa estiva. Nessun problema..peccato che io abbia atteso fino a Novembre per poi chiamare, chiedere info e sentirmi dire in modo seccato che loro inviano i risultati degli esami solo su richiesta via mail. ‘Lo dicono a tutti’. Quindi, in generale, un’ esperienza poco professionale e sicuramente costosa. Non lo consiglio I was hoping to have found my reference gynecologist in Milan, but no. Appointment taken on a Friday afternoon in early August at 6 pm, I am called at 2 pm the same day because 'the doctor has to run to the hospital, she is available at 4 pm'. To my unwillingness to change time with such short notice, the appointment is magically confirmed at the time taken, but with the annoyed request from the secretariat to arrive on time. I arrive a little early, for safety, they make me wait 20 minutes. Ok, it can happen in a doctor's office, God forbid .. During the visit, I also perform the PAP test, the results of which I am told would arrive in a couple of months, given the summer break. No problem .. pity that I waited until November to then call, ask for info and be told in an annoyed way that they send the exam results only on request via email. 'They tell everyone'. So, in general, an unprofessional and certainly expensive experience. I don't recommend it

La mia esperienza con il Dottor Spreafico è stata assolutamente positiva. Dopo una visita accurata e esami specifici che mi ha prescritto, sono stata operata da Lui. Ho trovato un medico Professionale, Umano, scrupoloso e sempre disponibile. Un Medico che finalmente ascolta il paziente e non minimizza i nostri stati d'ansia. Il mio problema, grazie al suo apporto pare proprio si stia risolvendo. Non posso fare altro che ringraziarlo e dare un'ottima valutazione. Reception staff very helpful and courteous (which are not qualities to be defined for granted). My experience with Doctor Spreafico has been absolutely positive. After a thorough examination and specific tests he prescribed for me, I was operated on by him. I found a professional, human, scrupulous and always available doctor. A Doctor who finally listens to the patient and does not minimize our states of anxiety. My problem, thanks to his contribution, seems to be resolving itself. I can not help but thank him and give an excellent evaluation.

Circa 40 Dottori con diverse specialità e tutti professionali! Consiglio assolutamente! Studio always tidy and clean! The waiting room is the most beautiful and original I've ever seen, you can have tea, coffee and read a book. About 40 Doctors with different specialties and all professional! I absolutely recommend!
