★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much salt in the ice cream. Experimental tastes are okay but if you put too much salt in because it's fashionable to have quirky tastes, it's wrong. There must also be a preference for young customers; they get more ice cream ordering two scoops than adults ordering three scoops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good ice cream eat. I had pistachio ellenico and zenzerello. Boooommm! The combination of these 2 flavors is heaven to the taste. And the staffs are always helpful to suggest and help in your flavor selections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is some seriously good gelato. Not the best I've ever had, hence the rating, but they offer some bold and tasty flavor combinations. My wife is a big fan of the spicy ginger, lemon and orange. For me, the Sicilian pistachio with almond and salt has had me coming back 4, maybe 5 times already this week. If you're around via del Pratello, this should be a definite stop for you.
