Entrambi non professionali e non in grado di gestire una situazione spiacevole da loro creata: all’apertura del conto di mio figlio minore, Rossella ci aveva garantito che era gratuito peccato che dopo neanche un mese trovo un addebito di 50 e rotti euro di spese della banca.
