★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho ricevuto il servizio puntualmente. Ho programmato di cambiare le gomme alle 08:00 del mattino. Sono arrivato, l'ufficio era chiuso e nessuno ha risposto alla telefonata. Il meccanico è arrivato alle 08:10, non ha detto scusa, ha solo aperto il cancello. Poi è arrivato un altro cliente e il meccanico ha passato circa 3-5 minuti a parlare con lui. Ho già perso 15 minuti in totale. A questo punto, ho detto che non voglio il loro servizio e sono andato via.
I did not receive the service on time. I have planned to change the tires at 08:00 in the morning. I arrived, the office was closed and no one answered the call. The mechanic arrived at 08:10, he didn't say sorry, he just opened the gate. Then another customer came and the mechanic spent about 3-5 minutes talking to him. I've already lost 15 minutes in total. At this point, I said I don't want their service and left.

For every problem of my cat that I listed he knew how to say the solution on the spot, which has always proved to be correct! Excellent service, for repairs it is hands down the best workshop for Jaguars (of any era) in all of northern Italy. Recommended

Excellent workshop, the owner and foreman Mr. Ferruccio is the most competent and honest person I have ever met, not least his collaborators, it is the safest place to bring your car, specialized Jaguar workshop but not only, it is not they see more workshops like this and skills of this level .. the absolute top.
