E	El Plumaje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado da anni, ho cominciato quando ancora l'auto era in garanzia (solo dall'ultimo anno, perché erroneamente pensavo che solo le concessionarie potessero metterci mano durante la garanzia...). Ci vado sia per una questione di vicinanza/comodità, che per i prezzi, nettamente inferiori alla concessionaria. Tempistiche di riconsegna certe, perlomeno nel mio caso, e poi apprezzo il fatto che mostrino ciò che hanno sostituito durante il tagliando: filtri antipolline / pastiglie / ... Consigliati. I have been going there for years, I started when the car was still under warranty (only since the last year, because I mistakenly thought that only the dealerships could fix it during the warranty ...). I go there both for a question of closeness / comfort, and for prices, clearly lower than the dealership. Certain redelivery times, at least in my case, and then I appreciate the fact that they show what they replaced during the coupon: pollen filters / tablets / ... Recommended.
G	Grazia Comelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto questa Autofficina perché ho ordinato le gomme tramite un sito internet e le ho fatto recapitare li. Ho chiamato e mi hanno fissato un appuntamento.. Appena sono arrivata con la mia macchina ( Bmw serie 1) , l’hanno fatta subito! Personale molto simpatico e cordiale . In più mi hanno segnalato che avevo le pastiglie posteriori da sostituire. Beh che dire, meccanico e gommista ottimo! I discovered this Garage because I ordered the tires through a website and had them delivered there. I called and they made an appointment for me .. As soon as I arrived with my car (BMW 1 series), they did it right away! Very nice and friendly staff. In addition, they pointed out that I had the rear pads to replace. Well what can I say, excellent mechanic and tire dealer!

Sono stato in Ford per ben 3 volte ma nessun riscontro.. Ho chiamato questa officina e già al telefono mi hanno dato sicurezza, così ho deciso di portare l’auto. Al pomeriggio mi hanno chiamato spiegandomi dove fosse il problema e la signora Cristina mi ha mandato le foto via Whatsup. Hanno eseguito il tagliando al cambio ( cosa che in Ford dicono che non e’ prevista manutenzione ) e adesso non ho più il problema. Molto contento e soddisfatto , anche nel prezzo per me onesti . Very honest and knowledgeable in their work. Friendly and helpful. I have a Ford S-Max with automatic transmission. I have been in Ford 3 times but no feedback .. I called this workshop and they gave me security on the phone, so I decided to bring the car. In the afternoon they called me explaining where the problem was and Mrs. Cristina sent me the photos via Whatsup. They serviced the gearbox (which Ford says there is no maintenance required) and now I no longer have the problem. Very happy and satisfied, even in the price honest for me.

In realtà alla revisione, tra l'altro prima revisione (macchina nuova), il prezzo era escluso IVA. Quindi superiore alla media. G	Giulia Accorsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia Opel , presa da un commerciante 3 mesi fa, notavo che olio e liquido raffreddamento si mischiavano... sentendo il parere di ben 4 meccanici, tutti mi dicevano che non ne valeva la pena sistemare la macchina. Dovevo fare la testata e le valvole. Sentendo la mia collega di lavoro, mi ha consigliato questa officina. Sono stati gentili e disponibili. L hanno guardata subito e la sera stessa mi hanno fatto un preventivo: sostituire solo la pompa acqua. Praticamente la guarnizione della pompa era rovinata ed entrava liquido nell olio! Insomma che dire... competenti ed onesti! My Opel, taken by a dealer 3 months ago, I noticed that oil and coolant were mixed ... hearing the opinion of 4 mechanics, everyone told me that it was not worth fixing the car. I had to make the head and the valves. Hearing my work colleague, he recommended this workshop to me. They were kind and helpful. They looked at it immediately and the same evening they gave me a quote: replace only the water pump. Practically the pump seal was damaged and liquid entered the oil! In short, what to say ... competent and honest!
D	Domenico Moscato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato la mia auto perché non partiva.. sono andati per esclusione cambiando la batteria(115€) e non era quello il problema... poi il lettore chiave oltre 500€ e non era quello.... dopo 4 giorni si sono accorti che era una centralina ( 425€) nonostante la signora Cristina mi aveva detto che avrei pagato solo la centralina visto che il resto era stato un loro errore mi sono ritrovato la batteria in fattura... totale 615€ e per di più durante la riparazione mi hanno scheggiato la sede del navigatore... Da loro ho fatto la revisione e mi hanno controllato tutto , per fortuna perché hanno notato la perdita di liquido dal termostato. Sempre corretti nel mostrare i ricambi sostituiti. A febbraio ho fatto il tagliando e mi avevano consigliato di sostituire la batteria, non L ho fatto e dopo 2 settimane sono venuti a recuperarmi senza farmi pagare uscita perché ero a 5km da loro. Veramente gentili They have been customers for years, and in the workshop they are always attentive to customer needs. I did the review from them and they checked everything for me, luckily because they noticed the loss of liquid from the thermostat. Always correct in showing the replaced parts. In February I got the service and they advised me to replace the battery, I didn't do it and after 2 weeks they came to pick me up without charging me for the exit because I was 5km from them. Really nice

Una Officina a 5 stelle in cui la presenza della direzione femminile rappresenta un valore aggiunto. Difficile trovare un connubio così perfetto tra qualità tecnica , efficenza , gentilezza e convenienza. Sicuramente consigliabile. Competence, constant updating, organization, availability, kindness. A 5-star workshop in which the presence of the female management represents an added value. It is difficult to find such a perfect combination of technical quality, efficiency, kindness and convenience. Definitely advisable.
