Controllate le plastiche interne prima del ritiro, nel mio caso mi sono accorto che avevo i due carter dei montanti interni dell'abitacolo rotti e rimontati senza nessun avviso, ma essendo passato diverso tempo non ho potuto rivalermi sul lavoro eseguito. Carter che non sono soggetti a nessun tipo di sollecitazione e l'unico lavoro eseguito è stato quello dello smontaggio per riparare il tetto danneggiato dalla grandine. Nonostante la lunga attesa per ricevere lo scendente (non per causa loro) sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno coperto il finestrino mancante con del plexiglass per permettermi di utilizzare l'auto. Ho fatto 600 Km in autostrada senza che questa riparazione provvisoria si muovesse di un millimetro, ben fatta. Non appena ricevuto il pezzo, me l'hanno sostituito praticamente subito. Professionali e disponibili. I had to replace a rear window on an Arval rental company car which unfortunately broke me from criminals. Despite the long wait to receive the descent (not because of them) they were very kind and covered the missing window with plexiglass to allow me to use the car. I drove 600 km on the motorway without this temporary repair moving an inch, well done. As soon as I received the piece, they replaced it almost immediately. Professional and helpful.
