La mia recensione è una media tra: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stelle, per cordialità allo sportello, al telefono e per la struttura pulita e curata. ⭐ stella (perché non c'è zero stelle), per il dottore che ha "visitato" mia figlia (ha iniziato le visite con 25 minuti di ritardo e ha recuperato con la nostra visita che è durata solo 2minuti d'orologio a dire tanto) facendomi sentire un'idiota per averla portata li e per le domande che ho posto in seguito alle sue indicazioni terapeutiche. ( Prestazione DERMATOLOGICA) All accettazione c'era un operatrice SENZA MASCHERINA che si è lamentata delle sue cose con il collega che le stava a un metro di distanza (all interno dell' edificio..dove non si può stare senza mascherina) per 15 minuti. All accettazione mi dicono che c'è un problema con la prenotazione che non dipende da me ma nemmeno da loro perché per le prenotazioni si avvalgono di un servizio esterno. Parlano del problema con l'infermiera e con la dottoressa che dovrebbe visitarmi e passano almeno altri15 minuti. Al che esce dallo studio la dottoressa incazzata nera per questo problema e se la prende prima con l'accettazione e poi con me anche se noi non abbiamo fatto NIENTE di sbagliato. Al che mi dice che non è sicura di potermi fare entrambe le prestazioni perché non c'è abbastanza tempo. Fa niente che se non si mettevano a fare casino il tempo si trovava, e io ho anche dovuto chiedere un permesso sul lavoro. Finalmente entro a fare la visita .. la dottoressa continua con la sua incazzatura e soffia almeno 10 volte per questa sua frustrazione. Risultato sono uscita da quel posto con l'umore a terra. Penso di non essermi comportata male nemmeno un secondo ma in cambio cosa ho ottenuto? soltanto gente negativa, maleducata ... Che non sa comportarsi . Se per delle piccolezze ci si comporta così.. sono senza parole. I will never go back, HORRIBLE experience. Sono andata per la mia bambina, che ha avuto un’ orticaria acuta per farmi dire che non era compito suo spiegarmi cosa era un orticaria e come avviene ma di chiederlo al mio pediatra (cosa Assurda visto che lei è la specialista) o non sapeva più come avviene un orticaria oppure non è capace di fare il suo lavoro oltre a questo ero la prima paziente e mi ha fatto aspettare 30 minuti prima di entrare . zero professionalità e voglia di fare bene il suo lavoro, non ci tornerò mai più BAD dermatologist! A ottobre 2021mi hanno fatto una devitalizzazione che ho scoperto incompleta pur dopo 3 appuntamenti, il 6 febbraio mi è saltato un pezzo del mio dente, la pasta della ricostruzione è saltata e la gengiva mi è cresciuta nel dente. Nonostante il dolore in quanto ho dovuto pregare per avere una anestesia, questo dente è ancora da sistemare e probabilmente lo perderò. Si meriterebbero 0 stelle. Inoltre concordo con chi ha scritto che spesso e volentieri stanno fuori a chiacchierare fra di loro di questioni non lavorative mentre noi siamo in attesa già oltre all'orario di appuntamento ad aspettare che veniamo chiamati, perché è successo anche a me a due dei tre appuntamenti.
