★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento per accedere alla filiale come richiesto per incontrare con un funzionario (come chiaramente descritto nel modulo degli appuntamenti) perché ovviamente di questi tempi non si può accedere, giustamente, liberamente. All'orario indicato l'unico Il funzionario presente, adducendo non meglio specificate proprie incombenze, collega, in una saletta, una sessione in videoconferenza con la sede. Mi ha profondamente contrariato sia l'assenza di informazioni sulla modalità dell'incontro (da nessuna part viene prospettato una videoconferenza), sia la scarsa considerazione riguardo la mia persona il tempo da me sprecato quando tecnicamente non si capisce perché devo recarmi in filiale per una videoconferenza ! Sottolineo anche che al mio rifiuto il funzionario, senza la minima considerazione verso un potenziale cliente, rispondeva sollevato e sbrigativamente di "fare quello che ritenevo più opportuno". In questo caso non vale il detto Omen nomen.
