★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il telefono per semplice sostituzione della batteria.Hanno rotto lo schermo e ho dovuto rimetterci altri soldi anche per lo schermo.
Inoltre quando ho ritirato il telefono non funzionava più il tasto indietro. Ad oggi la batteria funziona come prima. Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio.
I brought the phone for a simple battery replacement, they broke the screen and I had to lose more money on the screen as well.
Also, when I picked up the phone, the back button no longer worked. To date, the battery works as before. I strongly advise against this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un ricambio per un aspirapolvere, precisando che non avrei avuto modo di ritirarlo a breve, sono comunque passato in sede a fare l'ordine ed a pagare, mi hanno chiamato appena il ricambio è arrivato e pochi giorni dopo mi hanno contattato, informandomi che il loro tecnico era in zona e mi avrebbe consegnato il ricambio, naturalmente ho chiesto se avessi dovuto qualcosa, invece la consegna è avvenuta gratuitamente.
È palese che nel caso dovessi aver bisogno mi rivolgerò a loro.
I ordered a replacement for a vacuum cleaner, specifying that I would not be able to collect it soon, I still went to the office to place the order and to pay, they called me as soon as the replacement arrived and a few days later they contacted me, informing me that their technician was in the area and would give me the spare part, of course I asked if I owed something, instead the delivery took place for free.
It is clear that if I need to, I will contact them.

Ho portato il mio robottino aspirapolvere funzionanete a riparare una ruota rimasta bloccata che strisciava il pavimento. Me lo restituiscono con la ruota riparata, ma non funziona più il robottino. Così glielo riporto, me lo "riparano" ma non funziona ancora, come prima ruota solo su sé stesso, glielo riporto nuovamente e mi dicono che il problema è la batteria e costa 50€. Così mi arrabbio visto che il danno l'hanno fatto loro. La signorina capisce e mi dice che lo ripara a loro spese. Così succede.. peccato che ora funziona ma non tiene più la programmazione.!!! In sostanza era meglio se mi strisciava il pavimento!!!?
Good but not great.
I brought my working vacuum cleaner robot to repair a stuck wheel that was crawling on the floor. They return it to me with the wheel repaired, but the robot no longer works. So I bring it back, they "fix" it to me but it still doesn't work, as before it just rotates on itself, I bring it back to them again and they tell me that the problem is the battery and it costs 50 €. So I get mad as they did the damage. The young lady understands and tells me that she will repair it at their expense. So it happens .. pity that now it works but it no longer holds the programming. !!! Basically it was better if my floor was crawling !!! ?
