Alcuni colleghi gentili altri frustrati assieme ai Teamleader anche essi frustrati e incompetenti, non vi è rispetto delle norme sulla sicurezza sul lavoro nonostante vi siano sindacalisti che ci lavorano. Dalle sedie alle cuffie queste sono deteriorate e scomode .. Scarsa informazione sui prodotti. Se chiedi Info in merito ai prodotti finanziari sei una scocciatura .... E vieni lasciato a casa ... HR incompetenti così come i Project Manager. Alcuni truffano clienti davanti ai Team leader che nulla dicono in proposito a discapito di clienti che hanno pagato un finanziamento ma con rate diverse da quelle dette in telefonata... No comment... Squalid working environment ... Si parla di una telefonata di 00:03 minuti tartassata al 22% di iva pari a €5,27 senza farla, ma soltanto riceverla .Una signora anziana,mia madre,trattenuta al telefono esrcitando la loro professione di truffatori.
