★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atteggiamento molto scortese con il pubblico, mi sono recato presso questa officina/negozio per richiedere un intervento di manutenzione sui freni della mia vecchia bicicletta. Il meccanico mi ha scoraggiato in tutti i modi l'intervento dapprima dicendomi che i freni a bacchetta non frenano, poi mi ha detto che l'officina era piena e non poteva aiutarmi ed infine quando gli ho chiesto quando sarei potuto andare, mi ha detto (con ulteriore atteggiamento denigratorio) di "tentare" di fare un salto dopo 15 giorni! Un potenziale cliente (eventualmente interessato anche all'acquisto di una nuova bici) non si può trattare così!
 Very rude attitude to the public, I went to this workshop / shop to request maintenance on the brakes of my old bicycle. The mechanic discouraged me in all ways the intervention first by saying that the rod brakes do not brake, then he told me that the workshop was full and he could not help me and finally when I asked him when I could go, he said (with further disparaging attitude) to "try" to make a jump after 15 days! A potential customer (possibly also interested in buying a new bike) cannot be treated like this!

The best shop in Trieste is ultra well-stocked with branded and quality bikes !! All the other shops in my opinion are not prepared and are not at his height !! I bought two bikes and I was HAPPY and SATISFIED !! the property gives you and recommends the most suitable bike for you thanks to its proven bike experience !! I have been using cottur for 3 years, from whom I bought the bike and every now and then I take it for repairs. Staff very courteous, helpful, reliable, prices in the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we did not buy anything. husband is a ciclismo, and a wilier lover (he has 7 wilier road bike with top campi components and brings his bike with him to ride every time we come to italy and we come to italy twice a year!) so visiting local bike shop every where we go is part of his ritual. we saw very cool vintage bikes and talked to very friendly staff andrea who also loved bikes esp vintage bikes! had great conversation. with all the bike shops we have seen around the world, this is one proper shop!
