★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andato oggi pomeriggio intenzionato ad acquistare una mountain-bike, il commesso del reparto mi ha detto "per lei go solo la prima" (senza nemmeno degnarsi di alzare lo sguardo) invane le mie richieste per voler approfondire le caratteristiche "della prima", non mi ha degnato nemmeno di una risposta continuando ad armeggiare con il sellino di una bici.
Me ne sono andato basito, evidentemente, in questo particolare momento, ne vendono così tante che un cliente in più non é necessario e possono liquidarlo in malo modo...
Non mi vedranno mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. The mechanic stopped part way through the brakes he was bleeding to help me with my bottom bracket. I was on a bike tour and the immediate service was great. They didn't have a square taper bottom bracket to replace the one I had but the mechanic cleaned and greased it and it stopped creaking and hasn't creaked since. It's been 1,000 kilometers since it creaked. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gratefull ?♂️?♂️ for Marco and the guy in the picture for his willigness to take my bike and change the broken cable and adjust the rear deraullier even if they don't work with roadbikes. That was on a Sunday, so it was great to get the support.
They allowed me to keep with my trip across Europe ?! Grazie mille!
