★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3,5 jaar geleden een damesfiets( Elysee 2) gekocht bij dealer in Lisse. Binnen een half jaar brak de ketting op vacantie. Een half jaar later ging op de voorband een bult ontstaan en een jaar later op vacantie ook de achterband. Tussentijds brak ook nog het voorspatbord en scheurde het zadel. Ketting, zadel, spatbord geregeld 50/50 met dealer. Nu begin September op vacantie scheurde een deel van de spaakbevestiging van de achteras( as Shimano). Ook kwamen er nu foutmeldingen op display, E20 gevolgt door E10 en stopte de ondersteuning. Dit kunnen verhelpen tot nu toe door contacten van accu schoon te maken. Dit alles was aanleiding om op vacantie een omweg langs de fabriek te maken. We werden vriendelijk te woord gestaan en ze hebben de fiets door gemeten. Na alle prachtige verhalen over de kwaliteiten van hun spullen hun website zou je iets positiefs mogen verwachten. Ze kwamen niet verder dan een verhaal over verlopen garantie na 2 jaar en het achterwiel moest de dealer maar verhalen bij Shimano. De dealer is ondertussen gestopt met Brinke. Dit kan ik me goed voorstellen, want wij kopen echt nooit meer iets wat van Brinke afkomstig is.
3.5 years ago bought a ladies bike (Elysee 2) at a dealer in Lisse. Within six months, the chain broke on vacation. Six months later a bulge appeared on the front tire and a year later on vacation the rear tire too. In the meantime, the front fender also broke and the saddle tore. Chain, saddle, mudguard arranged 50/50 with dealer. Now at the beginning of September on vacation, part of the spoke attachment of the rear axle (Shimano axle) tore. Error messages now also appeared on the display, E20 followed by E10 and support stopped. This can be remedied so far by cleaning the contacts of the battery. All this was reason to make a detour along the factory on vacation. We were greeted kindly and they measured the bike. After all the wonderful stories about the qualities of their stuff on their website you should expect something positive. They got no further than a story about an expired warranty after 2 years and the rear wheel had to be told by the dealer at Shimano. The dealer has meanwhile stopped using Brinke. I can well imagine this, because we will never buy anything from Brinke again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bici buone (la mia, da uomo, molto bella end efficiente) e bici con problemi (quella di mia moglie, purtroppo mai risolti). Simpatia del personale simile a quella di un gatto attaccato ai... Un bel corso di gestione delle relazioni non farebbe male (e anche su come sistemare bene e una volta per tutte le bici...)
Good bikes (mine, as a man, very nice and efficient end) and bikes with problems (my wife's, unfortunately never solved). Cat-like staff sympathy attached to ... A nice relationship management course wouldn't hurt (and also on how to fix bikes right and once and for all ...)
