★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre al top , organizzazione impeccabile anche in tempo di covid, le escursioni di mezza giornata risultano rilassanti e poco impegnative , per tutto il resto cibo , pulizia c’è sempre la qualità Costa , la Luminosa è molto bella , il personale super gentile e ti accontentano in tutto , la nostra destinazione è stata nel Mediterraneo
 Always at the top, impeccable organization even in covid time, half-day excursions are relaxing and undemanding, for everything else food, cleanliness there is always Costa quality, the Luminosa is very nice, the staff super kind and you they satisfy in everything, our destination was in the Mediterranean

We have done 5 cruises with costa and we have always enjoyed it, of course if you choose a ship that is a bit dated you cannot expect the top, good value for money and we can't wait to do the next cruise, ?

È stato un viaggio davvero stupendo all'insegna della sorpresa in quanto svegliarsi ogni giorno in una città diversa è davvero emozionante. La nave ed il personale sono stati impeccabili e sempre disponibili, tanto quanto l'ordine e l'organizzazione per i tour ed i vari eventi! Consigliatissima
Very first experience with Costa Toscana, also active for about a month and a half. It was a truly wonderful journey full of surprise as waking up every day in a different city is truly exciting. The ship and the staff were impeccable and always available, as well as the order and organization for the tours and the various events! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst cruise company I ever used. We purchased the cruise for 2020 before covid, which has been declined later due to the covid restrictions. The money has been stolen by company: they didn't answer for a long time (2 years), then they answered that they made refund 23 march of 2022 (event without bank account details, ahaha), when they were exposed, they said that our bank (Raiffeisen Group) is under their companies sanctions :)

Buffets largely empty and closed earlier. Very limited food range, every day the same one. On top, cold and often disgusting food. Absolutely unacceptable, that the restaurant offers deep-frozen food! Drinks not included in prices as described, otherwise too expensive! Booking claims tips to be included, which is not the case! Deck pool closed during the whole trip, due to maintenance.
Docking times mostly too early and short.
Compared to AIDA, absolutely bad and miserly! No surprise, that the ship is empty!
