I no longer share my positive thoughts of a few years ago ... bad customer service, paid number without anyone deigning to answer, send an email and they don't deign to answer .... I would say that a star is really a vote high for the service offered

Se vi infortunate sulla nave fatevi rilasciare qualche foglio altrimenti la loro assicurazione non vi risarcisce.
Customer care pessimo e pure a pagamento !!!!
From my personal experience:
If you get injured on the ship, have some sheets released, otherwise their insurance won't compensate you.
Bad customer care and even paid !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis/Leistung für eine Schlafkabine stimmt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht. Der Boden war dreckig, das Licht war kaputt und alle Durchsagen gab es nur auf italienisch.
Price / performance for a sleeping cabin is in my opinion not at all. The floor was dirty, the light was broken and all announcements were only in Italian.

Keinerlei Information darüber, dass sich die Ankunft um eine Stunde verzögert.
Stattdessen wurden wir "dezent" aus unseren teuer bezahlten Schlafkabinen herausgebeten. Service?
Tip an die Freunde der Schräglage: wartet bis alles verzurrt ist!
Price performance ratio is not right.
No information that the arrival will be delayed by an hour.
Instead we were asked "discreetly" out of our dearly paid sleeping quarters. Service?
Tip to friends of the sloping position: wait until everything is lashed!
