β β β β β Cos is one of my favorite stores! I visit it in every city I travel to and today I was SO disappointed. 15 minutes before closure, I was denied entry by the security guard in the most unprofessional and rude way ever. I have never experienced such poor customer service. It was obvious that we were disappointed and the guard didnβt even think to apologize!

β β β β β Itβs such a great place, with nice interior, friendly staff and really really great clothings. Everything I get there brings me pure joy. My boyfriend was seduced by me to get jeans from COS and guess what he is now saying those are the best he ever tried on. And their winter leather mittens, itβs simply heaven for hands. Highly recommended.

But this corner has lack of consultants and those who actually work are not interested in providing any information to customers. She actually rolled her eyes when I asked about shoe size. R u serious?
I would say itβs disappointing experience.

β β β β β Iβve been there today with my mom and it was an amazing experience :) clothes are high quality and beautiful, the space is great (although there wasnβt a bathroom) and the service was the best of all times: Silvia, in special, was a top notch salesperson :)

β β β β β they have amazing sales workers for people that come from abroad and shop. They had a variety of selections and I was able to get my boyfriend a very beautiful outfit that he fell in love with and wears is it almost every other week
