M	Martin Kinda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is for sure a once in a lifetime experience. I could tell when the water was leaking from the ceiling when I sleep, that was a nice touch. The sound of the mosquitoes buzzing around my room when I was trying to sleep was very comforting. The sound of the neighbors screaming at each other about 'how her kid got 99% on a test instead of 100% and the parents wanted to disown their child' was enlightening. Truly felt like the Renaissance as I felt like a caught the Black Plague. The owner threatened only a few times which was polite. When I gave him 5 stars, he put down the knife and said that my family and children could come out of the basement. Unfortunately the rats already got my youngest son but that was fine as he only got 95% on his tests which was very embarrassing for the family name. I need a new son. L	Luis Borrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Do not choose this place no matter what I stayed there for two nights and It was a nightmare. Bugs in the room and in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work once even though rooms in this place are selled as with A/C. They're gonna say that It Will be fixed but they're lying to your face. Filthy place. Don't go there It may turn your Venice experience into a nightmare.

E	Ethan Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand those people who choose to stay in expensive hotels. This hotel is in excellent condition and very tidy. Everything is included from kitchen to bathrooms. The mosquitoes on the walls was a nice touch. The constant sound of a diesel generator outside the window helped me fall asleep at night. I really liked the leaky roofs, made the place feel more authentic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone having a vacation in Venice.
S	Silvia Di F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a very bad shape, the bathroom was not very clean and at first there was a sign indicating, that the kitchen is for staff only. After we asked for using it, since it was mentioned in the description and this was an important point for booking, he said, we can use the fridge and the microwave only. The kitchen was super dirty, badly equipped and after some rain, there was water dropping through the ceiling. The room was simple, but fine for the price we paid (24€), however I wouldn't recommend it for more than that. The heating didn't work, there were dead mosquitoes all over the wall and the fuse box was constantly buzzing, so we had to turn off electricity during the night, in order to get some sleep. Additionally to that, the man at the reception was rarely available and when he was there, he was super impolite, especially at the check-in, when we discussed about a hidden fee, he wanted to charge us
E	Emily Heappey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitten all over by mosquitos on our first night meant we checked out early and didn't stay for the 2nd night we had planned. You can hear every word of the people in the rooms next door - not sound proof at all.
K	Kieran McAlister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is without a doubnt the worst experience I have ever had travelling. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but left as quickly as we could after one night. I am COVERED in bed bug bites and have the pictures to prove it. My girlfriend is covered in mosquito bites. The beds are awful, and it's hard to sleep because you constantly hear mosquitoes buzzing right next to your ear. The walls are paper thin and you can hear other guests constantly. People around us were very loud until the late hours of the morning. If this is the only place you can afford to stay in Venice, then don't come to Venice. Staying here will genuinely ruin your time and cost you more money as you now have to wash all your clothes as they are infected with bed bugs.
M	Mel Roc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I were doing Venice on a tight budget so this hotel was perfect for us. Basic commodities, nothing fancy, just a place to lay down our heads at night. We got a 3rd floor room with two twin beds and shared bathroom, with a nice rooftop view. Bathroom was modern and functional. Excellent location, just minutes walking from the train station and in the direction of the major attractions.
