She was so fun to work with, very knowledgable and easy to learn from, and taught us how to make wonderful, authentic Italian food! She was easy to communicate and schedule with and was even accommodating about changing our date last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. You will not regret this experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cooking class was, by far, our MOST fun experience, while in Italy! Erika is not only a talented chef, and sommelier, but just a delightful human being! She instantly makes you feel comfortable, and is so patient when teaching her classes! She makes the whole experience so much fun, and you get to enjoy a wonderful meal at the end! You can either go to her darling cooking retreat, just outside of Lucca, or she may even come to wherever you’re staying, and host the cooking class there! Add this to your Italy itinerary! You’ll be SO happy you did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most incredible experience with this cooking class. We treated our son to the class as a 7th birthday surprise and we all absolutely loved it. The chef, Erika, was very knowledgeable and amazing with our children, and gave us the full experience from picking fresh ingredients in the garden to treating us to traditional Italian drinks during the cooking.
The food was so delicious that we recreate it at home every few weeks! It was worth every cent and an incredible way to experience the Italian and Tuscan culture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erika is a wonderful teacher and a brilliant cook, and I can only give her my best recommendations. We chose her over many other cooking classes, and we were very satisfied. Erika succeeded in creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in her kitchen, and shared a lot of her insight in traditional italian cooking. Our family consists of children age 12 to 20 and my wife and me. Erika was very good at explaining everything in very clear english language, so everybody understood what was happening. It was a pleasure to eat the meal, we created, in her cosy court yard just outside the kitchen. We will never stop referring to what we learnt from Erika, when we cook italian at home.
