We made three different pastas from scratch, and the class was incredibly fun, engaging, and informative. If you have time you absolutely have to take the class!! It was about 3 hours and we created over 6 different shapes of pasta and 4 sauces. All tasting amazing with the feeling of accomplishment since I cooked it! Throughout the class Marco gave cooking tips and tricks that I never would have known without taking the class. Pasta is a true art to learn from someone with experience!

One of us in the group was a vegetarian and didn’t plan ahead and Marco was sooo accommodating! He was so kind and helpful and is absolutely amazing at what he does. Atmosphere was cute, clean and fun. This cooking class is a must if you’re visiting Florence. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Firenze! Thanks so much Marco!

First we hand make pasta, then make numerous dishes with the pasta (all delicious), while eating and drinking wine (or any beverage). Best of all, chef Michele is a down to earth guy - despite his background working in numerous glamorous Michelin star restaurants, he is quite easy to connect with. The three hours flew by, it was so fun hanging out with him and the class. I learned a ton. Being able to cook fresh pasta for friends and loved ones will be one of my favorite take aways from my trip to Italy! Since the class, I have made the dishes numerous times over again - all delicious. Thank you Chef Michele!! (-: (note, the big plates of pasta are what I've made at home based on what I've learned from Michele).

Michele recipes are simple and easy to make at home. If you are going to do a cooking class, I HIGHLY recommend you take Michele’s class. Money well spent!

Marco is warm, funny, and inviting. The meals we as a group cooked together were like none I'd ever had before. If at all possible, take this class with these guys! You create, you cook, you drink, you laugh, you EAT! What more could anyone need?

We learned to make ravioli, tortellini, pappardelle, tagliatelle, 3 different sauces, and more! We did it the day after we arrived from the states -- the perfect experience to get us going early in the day (gotta fight that jet lag!) and get immersed in the Florentine culture. The food was incredible and we learned so much. Highly recommend!
