★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scuola di formazione di altissimo profilo. Ci sono stato diverse volte tra corsi di formazione, dimostrazioni della electrolux e poi il grandissimo corso con l'immenso Chef stellato Gennaro Esposito, esperienza unica.
Lo consiglio vivamente!!!
High-profile training school. I have been there several times between training courses, electrolux demonstrations and then the huge course with the immense starred Chef Gennaro Esposito, a unique experience.
I highly recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla professionalità e la qualità del corpo docente, nulla da dire, ma hanno prestato troppa poca attenzione alla persona che li rappresenta poiché addetta all’accoglienza e che dovrebbe fare da tramite e referente tra gli iscritti e la stessa (“l’accademia”), dovendosi rendere disponibile e proattiva nel risolvere eventuali problemi. È invece una persona estremamente poco educata, poco professionale, poco disponibile. Figura professionale non di spicco ma capace di creare ombre sull’accademia.
On the professionalism and quality of the teaching staff, nothing to say, but they paid too little attention to the person who represents them as they are in charge of the reception and who should act as an intermediary and referent between the members and the same ("the academy") , having to be available and proactive in solving any problems. Instead, he is an extremely uneducated person, unprofessional, not very helpful. Professional figure not prominent but capable of creating shadows on the academy.
