★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently rented a villa in Tuscany and had the privilege of having Elisa come and cook for us twice and had a cooking class once. I can't say enough good things about it. From the time Elisa and her husband arrived they took care of everything in a professional manner--from preparing and serving a DELICIOUS 4 course meal, setting the table and immaculate clean-up. The cooking course was lots of fun and we learned to make pici, tagliatelle and gnocchi! Yum yum yum!! I wish Elisa lived in Canada so we could get her to come to our home!! Thank you Elisa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe it took me so long to write a review! Beginning to end, our time with Elisa was one of very favorite experiences during our Tuscan Holiday. My friend and I are enthusiastic and experienced home chefs, but we took away so many new and delightful tips and tricks from Elisa. She saved the very best tasks for us (chopping fresh herbs from her garden and rolling pasta) while she and her husband handily managed the mundane (peeling potatoes and endless kitchen cleanup). Together we prepared a picture perfect family meal for 8 and left with memories for a lifetime as well as her recipes. As we wrapped up our lesson, We were able to pop off our aprons and tuck into chilled Prosecco within seconds while Elisa and her husband served us fresh bruschetta. They made the serving and cleanup look effortless (which we all know is not). The best part of the whole experience was delightful Elisa, who was skilled yet patient and so eager to share her knowledge. Thank you from Sarah and Noelle!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elisa taught our group of 8 people how to cook a fabulous Tuscan dinner. We then relaxed while she put on the finishing touches and served us our four course meal. Her husband was there to help and to cleanup behind us, leaving the kitchen spotless. We even found some leftovers in the fridge. Excellent experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Elisa to come to our villa on our last night in Tuscany and I would highly recommend this experience to everyone! Elisa and her husband were extremely professional and took care of the entire dinner, from cooking, setting up, and cleaning up. We had a four course meal for eight people that was outstanding. Elisa makes everyone homemade. Our meal included - bread and focaccia, asparagus soup, pasta with tomato/garlic/basil, Florentine pork with pan fried potatoes, and "grandmother's pie". All were delicious. Elisa was happy to explain every step of the process while she prepared the food in our villa kitchen. She is a lovely person and we will definitely be hiring her again in the future. Thank you Elisa!

The meal was incredible, the service was seamless and the kitchen was spotless at the end of the night. We would highly recommend this very wonderful lady and her professional team. Indeed, the food was so good that we invited her back to the villa during the second week of our stay to teach us how to make it all. We will treasure the memories! Thank you Elisa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the unique experience of having Tuscany Cookers prepare welcome meal and our last meal while staying at Borgo la Chiusa in Sienna from September 28 - October 5, 2018. We were a group of eight that spent 3 1/2 weeks traveling through Italy and Greece. Without a doubt they provided the best dining experience anyone could ask for!!! Everything, and I mean everything, was made fresh in our kitchen and served with traditional Italian hospitality by Elisa and her husband Mauricio. From the delicious appetizers to the wonderful desserts, every detail was taken care of. Setup to clean up, everything was exceptional. If you are looking for an authentic Italian meal and experience, try Tuscany Cookers. You will not be disappointed. FIVE STARS!!! Thank you Elisa for making our dining experience everything we had hoped for and more.
