D	Dori Hankinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say that this trip was wonderful does not do it justice. Fabulous, memorable, remarkable ~ yes, these are words that are more on point! From the moment the owner met us at the train station, until we were dropped off at the end of the trip, every detail was taken care, every part was well thought out. George and Linda made us feel so welcome, as they shared their experience of Americans who have now transitioned to living in Tuscany. Their love of the Italy culture and people was very evident and their willingness to share local foods and customs was very appreciated. Every day was an interesting experience. Yes, we learned to cook several local dishes each day, but also included were trips to local towns as well as nearby landmarks. I can honestly say that not one day did I wake up wishing for a break or down time. Each day was filled with plenty of activity, leaving me wondering what was next. LaChiusa, the hotel owned by George and Linda was outstanding. It was exactly what you would want in a trip like this. The scenery was magnificent, the food was outstanding, the staff was lovely, the attention to detail was spot on. If you are considering this experience at all, I promise you won't regret it.

Cooking in the morning, exciting daily field trips, and beautiful grounds with enough time to allow afternoon swims. The food, wine, people, laughter—entire week was perfect. Kudos to George and Linda for their enthusiastic management of this wonderful week of Cook in Tuscany!

The weather was gorgeous - perfect in fact. The accommodations were excellent, the food and wine unlimited and delicious, the group charming and fun to be with. All in all, George and Linda have a gem to share with you in Tuscany. It exceeded all expectations. One of our best vacations ever!

Cooking in a different restaurant kitchen each day, dinner at a different restaurant, tours in a different Village, what a perfect way to experience Italy. We went back in September 2018 with a group of 9. This year we went the first week in June. Oh my what a great time we had. This was our first time at the new Inn, LaChiusa. George, Linda and Whitney have left no detail unturned. What a fabulous stay. The bed's were comfortable, linens and towels comfortable and plush. The pool, although a little chilly was a welcome addition. A stroll through the lush gardens and Olive groves is a must. The restaurant was fantastic, with food not only tasty but beautiful. A real culinary treat! The cooking class and tours were amazing as always! We took time out to ATV through the Tuscan Countryside, Horseback ride through the vineyards and step back in time with a walk through beautiful walled gardens. We started everyday with a fabulous cooking class and ended every evening with a dinner to delight the palate. This three timer is already planning trip number 4!

We visited a working organic farm where we watched cheese being made and learned about "slow food." We visited nearby villages and learned some of the history of Italy. I would definitely go back again. All-inclusive trip includes meals, wine, experiences, wine-pairing dinner, cooking lessons with experienced Italian cooks. I'm sure I've forgotten to mention some of the great experiences as there were so many.

It was like living in a dream. It was so far beyond what we expected. The experiences were so unique from hunting for truffles to our wine pairing dinners. Who ever thought that we could drink so much wine and have so much fun! Linda and George were truly amazing, We feel as if they are now some of our very best friends. We came home and have immediately begun making pasta and all of the other wonderful foods that we made. We are going to make cooking, eating and playing a part of our everyday life. Every time we think of the week we have the biggest smiles on our faces. We also made some wonderful new friends from all over the world. We will definitley be back. So until next time, cheers, Sharon
