★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected this producer for a tasting because I was looking for authenticity. I hit the mark with this choice! First, the wine is really good. Look at a few youtube videos of reviews. Vittorio chooses quality over quantity. Second, the location is spectacular. In the medieval hilltop town of Montefollonico, the views look over the Tuscan countryside for 20 miles in every direction. Spent about 2 hours tasting 5-6 different varieties. Need to make reservations. Wine from this producer will be available in the USA for the first time later this year.
