★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منذ اسابيع أحاول الاتصال بالقنصلية لأخذ موعد لتجديد جوازات السفر ، لا مجيب ولا قريب ولا هم يحزنون ، عاملين على كيفهم يخدمو على كيفهم و المواطن ديما يقاسي في هل الخدمات المتدنية ، عدم ، سيدي القنصل مع الأسف الشديد لقد فشلت فشلت ذريعا في تسيير ادارتك التي من أهم مسؤولياتها توفير المعلومة و توفير طلبات المواطنين ، لا يعقل هذا ، وضع مزري للخدمات وخاصة خدمات الاتصال على الاقل جاوبووعلى المواطنين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON RISPONDONO AL TELEFONO E MANCO ALLE EMAIL CHE GLI MANDO, IO NON CAPISCO CHE LAVORANO A FARE ALLORA, CI SONO PERSONE CHE NON POSSONO PERMETTERSI DI AVVICINARSI, SENZA PAROLE.
THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND THE EMAILS I SEND THEM, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WORK TO DO THEN, THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CANNOT ALLOW TO APPROACH, WITHOUT WORDS.

Service médiocre. Aucune liste disponible pour les documents indispensables pour le visa. Et la meilleure: "Une réservation d'hôtel est absolument indispensable!!!". Comme quoi, on quittera l'Italie pour être SDF à Tunis, LOL!!!! Déplorable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نعرف البيرقراطية التعيسة متاع الادارة التونسية و المعاملة المشومة لكن عمري ما كنت نتصور نفس العقلية الزيالة باش نلقاها في قنصلية تمثل التوانسة بالخارج
ناس نخدم اولاد بلادها و تحاول تعاونهم وهوما تقول عليك جايهم لدار الوالد متاعهم.غريب الطريقة اللي يحكي بيها واحد مسؤول على النسخ المطابقة للاصل (على الارجح مستواها ابتداءي والله غريب )أي موش فاهم فاش يخدم أصلاً .الامانة نايب القنصل كان متفهم و حل المشاكل و قضالي الورقة و يعطيه الف صحة و الغريب بعد ما فهمو نايب القنصل بانو غالط و لازم يخدملي ورقتي باقي يتسومم و ما طلبش السماح عن الجهل متاعو
