Worst experience
The most arrogant and uneducated people who treat people as if we were animals, that blonde area that deals with applying for a passport with a lowly female who will not know anyone as if she were the president of the republic, do not look at me, they work there and fuck by god for all that wickedness they use with people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bera prenotimin nepermjet portali e-Albania duke zgjedhur si orare 14-15 me iden te arrija te kapja trenit per ne shtepi, kur arrita ne Ambasade kuptova qe orari nuk ka asnje vlere. Zyra ku kryhet sherbim ndodhet ne nje ambjent te nendheshem, radha eshte e gjate e m'u desh 2.5 ore pritje per te nisur aplikimin tim. Kam vendosur dy⭐⭐ vetem se punonjesia eshte person i sjellshem, vlerisimi i duhur eshte vetem 1⭐.
I made the booking through the e-Albania portal, choosing between 14-15 hours with the idea of being able to catch the train home, when I arrived at the Embassy I realized that the time has no value. The office where the service is performed is located in an underground environment, the queue is long and it took me 2.5 hours to wait to start my application. I have decided two only that the employee is a polite person, the proper evaluation is only 1⭐.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che negativa!!!!! Non rispondono al telefono, e neanche alle imeil. Dopo aver pagato 130€ per le pratiche del passaporto e aver fatto una fila di 4 ore!! ti rispondono che mancano due fotocopie che loro non possono fare ,io direi di chiuderla questa ambasciata , la prossima volta andrò in Albania....
More than bad experience !!!!! They don't answer the phone, nor do they answer the imeils. After paying € 130 for the passport paperwork and queuing for 4 hours !! they tell you that there are two photocopies missing that they cannot make, I would say to close this embassy, next time I will go to Albania ....
