Ho sinceramente avuto un'ottima impressione e la stessa identica cosa ha sentito mia moglie. Siamo stati accolti con il sorriso e abbiamo notato la pazienza anche nel trattare con una persona anziana che era lì per informazioni .... Complimenti davvero....un'ottimo biglietto da visita per la federazione russa ...????
We had other experiences years ago but now the service has improved considerably .... very kind and helpful as well as professional, clear in explanations and fast in carrying out the practices. I honestly had a very good impression and the exact same thing my wife felt. We were greeted with a smile and noticed the patience even in dealing with an elderly person who was there for information .... Congratulations indeed .... an excellent business card for the Russian federation ... ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хотела бы очень поблагодарить сотрудников. Обслуживание, общение, терпение персонала действительно улучшилось. Раньше заседали чуть ли не небожители, смотрели сверху вниз. Теперь действительно объясняют и помогают. Хотела поблагодарить отдельно сотрудницу работавшую 29/12/2021 в окошке #5 за проявленное терпение и отзывчивость. Я проявила оплошность и уже не надеялась на результат. Но несмотря на мои упущения сотрудница консульства смогла мне помочь в оформлении документов. Спасибо большое.
