Shameful !!! Come home if you can't work really bad people! You must be ashamed I am ashamed to say that in Rome there is the Macedonian embassy. Thanks to that of Mestre that helped us in everything.

I disagree with all the negative comments that they gave five stars because I called today to get information on passport renewal and with the person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous in explaining things to me

They never answer… but people need… they work 3 hours a day and even in those hours they are not available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, personale scorbutico, maleducati, assolutamente NON professionali. Sono in italia e non parlano italiano, di proposito, anche se gli dici che non li capisci. Chiedi informazioni telefonicamente, la volta buona che ti rispondono, e non ti dicono mai le cose che chiedi. Lo sanno benissimo che gli unici consolati dove rinnovare il passaporto sono a Roma e Venezia, e loro ti fanno andare li, spendere soldi per dargli una fotocopia che si potrebbe mandare benissimo per email. Ma no, non te lo dicono prima. Io farò di tutto per muovermi legalmente e capire chi da' il lavoro a questi incapaci. Se non avete voglia di lavorare tornate in Macedonia a pascolare le pecore. Siete la vergona di noi macedoni che vivono in Italia.
Bad experience, grumpy staff, rude, absolutely NOT professional. They are in Italy and don't speak Italian, on purpose, even if you tell them you don't understand them. Ask for information by phone, the right time they answer you, and they never tell you the things you ask for. They know very well that the only consulates where you can renew your passport are in Rome and Venice, and they make you go there, spend money to give them a photocopy that you could very well send by email. But no, they don't tell you before. I will do everything to move legally and understand who gives the job to these incapable ones. If you don't feel like working, go back to Macedonia to graze the sheep. You are the shame of us Macedonians living in Italy.
