Sono molto carenti di responsabilità e professionalità rischiate di vedervi consegnare il vostro passaporto da un correrie NON affidabile con ritardi di giorni INGUSTIFICATI . L'AGENZIA AVIT NON SI CURA DELLA AVVENUTA RICEZIONE DEL PASSAPORTO DEL CLIENTE IL QUALE PAGA OLTRE LE SPESE DEL VISTO 100 EURO PER LA PRATICA. E purtroppo SENZA PASSAPORTO NON SI VA SA NESSUNA PARTE ! DO NOT RETURN TO THE AVIT AGENCY of Vicenza for visa management. They are very lacking in responsibility and professionalism, you risk seeing your passport delivered by a NOT reliable correrie with UNGUSTIFIED days delays. THE AVIT AGENCY DOES NOT CARE OF THE RECEIPT OF THE PASSPORT OF THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS OVER THE EXPENSES OF THE VISA 100 EUROS FOR THE PRACTICE. And unfortunately WITHOUT A PASSPORT YOU DON'T GO TO KNOW ANY PART!

Che dire l'impiegata thai gentile educata e disponibile,l'altra italiana cafona arrogante e maleducata. Alle 11.30 quella italiana se n'è andata( non so perché) lasciando la collega thai da sola. Questa poverina si è trovata a sbrogliare tutto da sola( non eravamo solo io e mia moglie) ma almeno 8/9 persone. Ovviamente i tempi si sono allungati e quando è toccato a noi, la ragazza thailandese si è scusata per la lunga attesa spiegando che era rimasta sola. E inutile noi italiani non cambiamo mai. Comunque cortesia ed educazione da parte thai non sono mancate. Grazie di tutto We went to the embassy yesterday to get a Thai passport for my wife. What about the polite and helpful Thai employee, the other arrogant and rude Italian peasant. At 11.30 the Italian one left (I don't know why) leaving the Thai colleague alone. This poor thing found herself unraveling everything by herself (it wasn't just my wife and I) but at least 8/9 people. Obviously the times got longer and when it was our turn, the Thai girl apologized for the long wait, explaining that she was left alone. And useless, we Italians never change. However courtesy and education on the Thai side were not lacking. Thanks for everything
B	Bruna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché non c'è modo di darne nemmeno una! Ho chiamato più volte in orari diversi negli ultimi 3 giorni e nessuno ha risposto! Ho scritto e nessuno ha risposto! Sono andato di persona durante l'orario di ufficio e l'impiegato non mi ha nemmeno aperto la porta per entrare! Il mio partner ha bisogno di un visto per andare in Thailandia a firmare un contratto con un'azienda tailandese, ho spiegato che era urgente e il motivo alla dipendente che ha risposto al citofono, oltre ad essere scortese, non ha fatto nulla per collaborare, ha semplicemente ripetuto che dovevo mandare un messaggio e-mail chiedendo di fissare un appuntamento, anche se ho ripetuto che avevo già provato tutti i modi citati sul sito ufficiale. È triste vedere un paese così bello, con aziende rispettabili che cercano buoni contratti e quando si presenta un'opportunità, l'esperienza del partner in affari è così negativa nel dipartimento del paese. Se non ne avessi bisogno, non tornerei in questo consolato! Come posso risolvere questo? Ancora non lo so! Dio aiutami! perché se dipende dai dipendenti di questo consolato, la Thailandia è in bancarotta! I give a star because there is no way to give even one! I called multiple times at different times in the last 3 days and no one answered! I wrote and no one replied! I went in person during office hours and the clerk didn't even open the door for me to enter! My partner needs a visa to go to Thailand to sign a contract with a Thai company, I explained that it was urgent and the reason to the employee who answered the intercom, besides being rude, did nothing to cooperate, he simply repeated that I had to send an email asking to make an appointment, even though I repeated that I had already tried all the ways mentioned on the official site. It is sad to see such a beautiful country, with reputable companies looking for good contracts and when an opportunity arises, the business partner's experience is so bad in the country department. If I didn't need it, I wouldn't go back to this consulate! How can I fix this? Still do not know! God help me! because if it depends on the employees of this consulate, Thailand is bankrupt!

They have been very helpful for the last 4 years I have been in contact with them. They help and support me by giving information and responding every email and message on Facebook accordingly, even during the weekends! They followed up when I travelled back to Thailand to undergo the quarantine with the government. I also received a reminder email from an officer to print out all necessary documents. The best! ❤️
