Le recensioni positive sono state scritte da loro stessi che lavorano in quella sede: basta questo per capire la loro serietà

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fissato un appuntamento un paio di anni per vedere un appartamento, da allora mi tempestano di telefonate in violazione della normativa privacy, spesso citofonano al portone di casa o peggio ancora direttamente alla porta di casa in questo periodo di covid se ne stessero a casaaaa loro, sono ossessionanti.
I made an appointment for a couple of years to see an apartment, since then I have been bombarded with phone calls in violation of the privacy legislation, often intercom at the front door or worse yet directly at the front door in this period of covid if they stayed at home , they are haunting.

L'agenzia è stata molto disponibile fin da subito e sono stata accompagnata durante tutto il percorso fino a consegna chiavi. Soddisfatta. Se dovessi rivendere, mi affiderei senz'altro a loro.
I relied on this agency to sell the house I lived in and buy a smaller one. The agency was very helpful right from the start and I was accompanied all the way up to the delivery of the keys. Satisfied. If I had to resell, I would definitely rely on them.

Conoscevo già gli Agenti Vincenzo e Adriano poiché molto presenti sul territorio e sempre disponibili ad ogni chiarimento.
Tutto è nato da una buonissima valutazione dell'immobile, così consultati i miei fratelli, abbiamo deciso di affidare l'incarico all'Agenzia che si è occupata di mantenere un'attenta comunicazione con ognuno di noi visto che siamo 4 fratelli.
La celerità con cui abbiamo ricevuto una proposta, di fatto riuscendo a vendere in tempi brevissimi, ed al prezzo da noi pattuito, ha confermato ogni aspettativa, per questo devo ringraziare il titolare per l'ottima trattativa svolta. Consigliatissimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho visitato una casa con l'agenzia. Comportamento molto scorretto dell'agente che probabilmente aveva già promesso l'appartamento a persone di sua conoscenza che avevano visitato prima di me. Non ha voluto rispondere a semplici domande quali : percentuale agenzia, trattabilità, metri quadri calpestabili e non commerciali, proposta di acquisto che sarebbe stata considerata come seconda... perché in serata probabilmente ne veniva depositata un'altra precedente. Pensava forse che siamo tutti incapaci e disinformati? Mai comprare da persone così totalmente inaffidabili!
Forse bastava dire a me e a tutti gli altri in attesa che appartamento era già in trattativa e comunque dare le informazioni base.
Comunque sono andata in agenzia a protestare con titolare ma c'era solo una segretaria che non ha saputo cosa dirmi .
