Conclusion , il n'y a aucun service.. Epouvantable. J'ai passé une heure sans obtenir de pouvoir exposer mon problème n'habitant pas a Milan.
It is impossible to speak to a person at the consulate. The service is absolutely terrible. You have to wait forever and the system interrupts the communication. Conclusion, there is no service .. Terrible. I spent an hour without being able to explain my problem not living in Milan.
