Ma dico io se devo fare il visto xandare nelle filippine, ma questi signori non rispondono MAI

É davvero molto difficile mettersi in contatto telefonico con il consolato, Dopo essermi presentato fisicamente(non avendo, come detto possibilità di parlare al telefono per prendere un appuntamento o richiedere info) sono stato rimbalzato poiché non "c'è il responsabile" parole pronunciate da una signora cortese il cui ruolo era evidentemente solo quello di informare gli utenti che sono impossibilitati a svolgere pratiche (anche piuttosto "facili",nel mio caso estensione del visto...) poiché appunto il personale preposto e responsabile non è presente in orario di ufficio! Complimentoni.
Horrible experience. It is really very difficult to get in touch by telephone with the consulate, after I physically introduced myself (not having, as I said, the possibility of talking on the phone to make an appointment or request info) I was bounced because there is no "responsible" words spoken by a courteous lady whose role was evidently only to inform users that they are unable to carry out practices (even rather "easy", in my case extension of the visa ...) since the responsible and responsible personnel is not present on time for office! Complimentoni.
